EDDYVILLE, Ky. — A former employee at the Kentucky State Penitentiary was booked into the Crittenden County Jail Wednesday after Kentucky State Police investigators charged her with a series of felony sexual-offense and misconduct counts related to an alleged relationship with an inmate, authorities said.
Kentucky State Police identified the suspect as Raven West, 23, of Paducah. West is charged with two counts of third-degree rape, one count of third-degree sodomy and one count of first-degree official misconduct, according to KSP.
